Oak Place Homes is a residential assisted living community that provides care for residents who need additional help with daily living activities, including medication management, dementia care assistance and ambulation.

Our caregivers assist residents through their daily lives, as much or as little as needed, including:

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Dining

• Medication management

• Weekly laundry services

• Regular housekeeping duties

2.     Do you provide respite care?

Yes, Oak Place Homes is happy to support a respite stay. Please call our admissions department today, and we will walk you through the process. 

3.     Do you provide transportation to medical appointments?

While we will not provide transportation through our service offerings, Oak Place Homes is happy to arrange outside vendors to assist our residents and families in getting back and forth to their appointments.

4.     How much does Oak Place Homes cost?

Our residential care package costs $6,500 and includes all services. Please contact our admissions department for personalized respite or hospice care.   

5.     How can senior living be paid for? 

Our specific level of care can be paid for privately or through long term care insurance plans.

6.     What’s included in the monthly fees?

Our all-inclusive monthly fee covers all services, including meals, resident activities and care.

7.     Are there financial aid or insurance options for senior living?

Yes. Please contact our admissions department for resources to supplement your stay.

8.     What are the daily meal options for residents?

Oak Place Homes offers a daily menu curated by our executive chef, featuring fresh and nutritious ingredients. We provide three meals, generous snacks and the option to choose from a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches.

9.     Do you cater to special dietary needs or preferences?

Yes. Our director of nursing, dietician and chef collaborate closely to accommodate residents' dietary restrictions.

Activities and Lifestyle

10.  What classes and activities are offered?

Oak Place Homes offers a monthly calendar of social activities, including games, physical fitness, art therapy and music therapy.

11. Are pets allowed?

We welcome well-behaved and potty-trained pets with proof of vaccinations for short visits. Pets must be controlled on a short leash or held by their owners.

12. How can you determine the level of care for each individual?

Oak Place Homes is committed to delivering personalized care focusing on high acuity needs. We have close partnerships with primary and specialty physician groups who visit our patients on-site, enabling us to cater to a wide range of residents' needs within the comfort of their own living space. Our caregivers undergo comprehensive training to address each resident's unique condition and needs.

13. Are all medical services provided on-site?

We offer remote patient monitoring with oversight from a registered nurse in a comfortable home-like environment. Patients with feeding tubes or catheters or those requiring a Hoyer lift are welcome.

We also use Electronic Medical Record keeping that ensures comprehensive care for Oak Place Homes residents in need of:

• Rehabilitative care

Residents can access various healthcare services, including physical therapy, an in-house doctor, a pharmacy provider and mobile services such as X-rays, labs, bloodwork and dialysis.

Oak Place Homes offers cable or satellite TV, high-speed WiFi and other activities catered to each resident's interests.

15. What amenities are available?

Along with basic amenities, we offer additional services to our residents, including haircutting, styling, manicures and pedicures, recognizing their importance for positive self-image and mental well-being.
