Our approach to long-term care is unique, providing the personalized care that can’t be found in large facilities, with amenities you wouldn’t expect in a smaller setting, like community activities and outings, salon services, walking paths and fresh, home-cooked meals. Our 1 to 4 caregiver ratio and home-like setting ensure that each resident receives the attention they deserve in a welcoming environment. 

Through our partnership with Cardio Renal Therapeutics (CRT), we offer comprehensive medical care, including onsite cardiologists, nephrologists and pulmonologists, and remote patient monitoring to keep residents safe and secure. Our dedicated caregivers provide assistance with daily tasks, as needed, and our team of dieticians, physical therapists and health coaches are available to work with residents and their families to create a personalized care strategy for optimal health outcomes.
